Format Build is a Hertfordshire-based construction company creating high-quality homes and commercial spaces with a focus on smart design, attention to detail, and great service.

With a background in senior roles at leading design and construction companies in the City, our team brings decades of combined experience to the table. In 2017, we went on to establish our own ventures in design, construction, and property development, allowing us to offer a comprehensive and fully integrated design & build service.

As the sister company to Format Designs, we provide seamless turnkey solutions, from initial concept and planning through to final finishes and styling. Our goal is to help homeowners, investors, businesses, and franchisees maximise the value of their capital while delivering exceptional spaces.

In addition to client projects, we run our own residential property development company, with hands-on experience in refurbishments, buy to lets, and new build developments. This direct involvement gives us a deep understanding of costs, budgets, and the realities of property investment - a first hand insight we bring to every project we undertake.
